Objectives :	Website / Application ปัจจุบันแม้ว่าจะมี Feature น่าใช้มากเพียงใด แต่หากผู้ใช้ไม่อยากใช้งาน ไม่เข้าใจการใช้งาน หรือสับสน การสร้าง Website / Application ที่ทุ่มทุนสร้างมาแรมปี มูลค่าหลายล้าน อาจพังลงอย่างง่ายดายในพริบตา ลูกค้าอาจกำลังจะตัดสินใจซื้อสินค้าของเราแล้ว แต่หากออกแบบลำดับการจ่ายเงินไม่ดีพอ ลูกค้าอาจเลิกใช้งานได้ทุกเมื่อ คอร์สอบรมนี้จึงออกแบบมาเพื่อให้เข้าใจถึงความคิดของผู้ใช้ และการทดสอบว่าสิ่งที่ออกแบบมานั้นดีพอหรือยัง Website / Application ที่ออกแบบมาดีไม่จำเป็นต้องมี User Manual เพื่อสอนการใช้งานหรือจัดอบรมสอนการใช้งาน แต่ลูกค้าต้องเปิดมาใช้งานแล้วเข้าใจได้ในทันที
Who Should Attend :	กลุ่มเป้าหมาย นักพัฒนา Website / Application, Product Manager และบุคคลทั่วไป คุณสมบัติของผู้เข้าอบรม ไม่จำเป็นต้องมีพื้นฐานใดๆ นอกจากการใช้งานคอมพิวเตอร์ทั่วไป และไม่จำเป็นต้องมีความรู้ทางด้านสายออกแบบหรือองค์ประกอบศิลป์ใดๆ

Course Outline :	วันที่ 1 พื้นฐาน UX/UI และการเข้าใจผู้ใช้ • พื้นฐาน UX/UI • ตัวอย่าง UI และ UX ที่ดีและไม่ดี • การออกแบบ Persona ของผู้ใช้ • Design Thinking for UX/UI • Workshop : การออกแบบ Wireframe ให้ Website / Application วันที่ 2 การออกแบบ Prototype และการทดสอบ UX/UI ด้วยตนเอง • Workshop : การออกแบบ Wireflow ให้ Website / Application • การใช้งาน Figma เพื่อออกแบบ UX/UI พื้นฐานโดยไม่ต้องใช้ความรู้ Coding • Heuristic Evaluation • Workshop : ทดลองทำ Heuristic Evaluation • Workshop : แก้ไข Prototype จาก feedback ที่ได้ วันที่ 3 การทดสอบ Usability Testing ด้วยผู้ใช้ทั่วไป • Usability Testing • Workshop : ทดลองทำ Usability Testing • Workshop : แก้ไข Prototype จาก feedback ที่ได้ • การ Recruiting and Screening ผู้ใช้มาทำ Usability Testing • รูปแบบการสัมภาษณ์ที่เหมาะสม
