ในหลักสูตรนี้ วิทยากรจะอธิบายเนื้อหาของ Process Area ต่างๆ ใน CMMI Level 3 version 2.0  ที่เพิ่มเติมจาก CMMI Level 2 version 2.0 โดยครอบคลุมทั้งการปฎิบัติงาน (Doing) การจัดการ (Managing) การปรับปรุง (Improving) และการสนับสนุน (Enabling)

หลักสูตรนี้เป็นหลักสูตรที่มุ่งเน้นการปฎิบัติ วิทยากรจะให้ผู้อบรมได้เรียนรู้รายละเอียด และ แนวทางปฏิบัติในแต่ละ Practice  ของแต่ละ Process Area ผ่านการทํา Workshop โดยการออกแบบกระบวนการ และแบบฟอร์ม (Template) เพื่อให้เกิดความเข้าใจมากขึ้น  และมีแนวทางที่จะนํากลับไปใช้งานจริงที่องค์กรอย่างประสบความสําเร็จ
