ในอดีตการพัฒนาซอฟต์แวร์จะมุ่งเน้นการพัฒนาทักษะด้านการวิเคราะห์ระบบ ออกแบบระบบ เขียนและทดสอบโปรแกรมเป็นหลัก โดยละเลยเรื่องการวิเคราะห์และจัดการความต้องการ

การผลิตสินค้าทั่วไปต้องการวัตถุดิบที่ดีเพื่อผลิตสินค้าที่มีคุณภาพฉันใด การพัฒนาซอฟต์แวร์ก็ต้องการความต้องการที่ดีเพื่อพัฒนาซอฟต์แวร์ที่มีคุณภาพฉันนั้น ความต้องการผู้ใช้งานถือว่าเป็นวัตถุดิบของกระบวนการพัฒนาซอฟต์แวร์นั่นเอง

ในบรรดาข้อผิดพลาดที่เกิดขึ้นในการพัฒนาซอฟต์แวร์ ข้อผิดพลาดที่เกิดจากความต้องการเป็นข้อผิดพลาดที่ตรวจพบได้ยากที่สุด และ มีใช้ค่าใช้จ่ายสูงในการแก้ไขซอฟต์แวร์ให้ถูกต้อง การวิเคราะห์และจัดการความต้องการจึงเป็นการแก้ไขปัญหาเชิงป้องกัน และ แก้ไขที่ต้นเหตุจึงทาให้ต้นทุนโครงการต่ำลง

การจัดการความต้องการ นอกจากการตรวจทานความต้องการ จะต้องทำให้ความต้องการนั้นสามารถจับต้องได้โดยการทำเป็นเอกสาร

Payment can be made by:

1. Cash or Credit Card or Bank Cheque payable to "สำนักงานพัฒนาวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยีแห่งชาติ" (a post-dated cheque is not accepted) on the first day of the service or within the last day of the service.

Notes:
- Withholding tax (3%) is exempt.
- Should you need to withdraw, you must send the notice of the withdrawal in writing no later than 7 working days before the commencement date. The cancellation less than 7 days will be subject to a fine of 40% of the fee.
- Software Park Thailand reserves the rights to cancel courses due to unforeseen circumstances.
