Website / Application ปัจจุบันแม้ว่าจะมี Feature น่าใช้มากเพียงใด แต่หากผู้ใช้ไม่อยากใช้งาน ไม่เข้าใจการใช้งาน หรือสับสน การสร้าง Website / Application ที่ทุ่มทุนสร้างมาแรมปี มูลค่าหลายล้าน อาจพังลงอย่างง่ายดายในพริบตา ลูกค้าอาจกำลังจะตัดสินใจซื้อสินค้าของเราแล้ว แต่หากออกแบบลำดับการจ่ายเงินไม่ดีพอ ลูกค้าอาจเลิกใช้งานได้ทุกเมื่อ

นักพัฒนา Website / Application, Product Manager และบุคคลทั่วไป

คุณสมบัติของผู้เข้าอบรม
ไม่จำเป็นต้องมีพื้นฐานใดๆ นอกจากการใช้งานคอมพิวเตอร์ทั่วไป และไม่จำเป็นต้องมีความรู้ทางด้านสายออกแบบหรือองค์ประกอบศิลป์ใดๆ

ประโยชน์ที่จะได้รับ
1. เข้าใจความแตกต่างของ User Interface และ User Experience
2. เข้าใจการออกแบบ Wireframe และ Wireflow ก่อนการลงมือสร้าง Website / Application จริง
3. สามารถสร้าง Website / Application ที่เป็น Prototype ในระยะเวลาอันสั้น และไม่ต้องมีความรู้ทาง Coding
4. เข้าใจขั้นตอนการทดสอบ Prototype กับผู้ใช้จริง (Usability Test) และการประเมินเพื่อหาจุดบกพร่องทาง UX/UI
5. เข้าใจวิธีการสัมภาษณ์เพื่อค้นหาสิ่งที่ผู้ใช้คิดอยู่ภายในแต่ไม่ได้พูดออกมา และแสดงออกให้เห็น

• Workshop : การออกแบบ Wireflow ให้ Website / Application
• การใช้งาน Figma เพื่อออกแบบ UX/UI พื้นฐานโดยไม่ต้องใช้ความรู้ Coding
• Heuristic Evaluation
• Workshop : ทดลองทำ Heuristic Evaluation
• Workshop : แก้ไข Prototype จาก feedback ที่ได้

วันที่ 3
การทดสอบ Usability Testing ด้วยผู้ใช้ทั่วไป
• Usability Testing
• Workshop : ทดลองทำ Usability Testing
• Workshop : แก้ไข Prototype จาก feedback ที่ได้
• การ Recruiting and Screening ผู้ใช้มาทำ Usability Testing
• รูปแบบการสัมภาษณ์ที่เหมาะสม

Withholding tax (3%) is exempt.
Should you need to withdraw, you must send the notice of the withdrawal in writing no later than 7 working days before the commencement date. The cancellation less than 7 days will be subject to a fine of 40% of the fee.
