ในปัจจุบันอุปกรณ์ IoT ได้เข้ามาอยู่ในชีวิตเรามากขึ้น รวมทั้งในภาคอุตสาหกรรมเองก็ได้มีการนำเอาอุปกรณ์ IoT เข้ามาช่วยงานมากขึ้น ทั้งการควมคุมหรือการมอนิเตอร์เครื่องจักร ดังนั้นถ้าเรามองข้ามเรื่องของ Security ไปอาจเป็นช่องทางให้ผู้ที่ไม่ประสงค์ดีเข้ามาสร้างความเสียหายให้กับตัวบุคคลหรือองค์กรผู้เป็นเจ้าของอุปกรณ์ IoT ได้
