วัตถุประสงค์
1. เพื่อสร้างความรู้ความเข้าใจในภาพรวมของพระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล พ.ศ. 2562
(Personal Data Protection Act : PDPA)
2. เพื่อสร้างความตระหนักใน ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล, สิทธิของเจ้าของข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล และบทลงโทษ
3. เพื่อประยุกต์แนวทางการปฏิบัติงานให้สอดคล้องกับ PDPA

ผู้เข้าร่วมโครงการ Service Robots และบุคลากรด้านไอที

1. มีความเข้าใจในพระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล พ.ศ. 2562 (PDPA)
2. สามารถปฏิบัติงานได้ถูกต้องและสอดคล้องตาม PDPA

1. พระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล พ.ศ. 2562 (Personal Data Protection Act : PDPA)
2. ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล
3. การบริหารความเสี่ยงในการจัดเก็บข้อมูล
4. เอกสาร PDPA  (เอกสาร / ROPA / Workflow)
5. สิทธิของเจ้าของข้อมูล และกฎหมายที่รองรับ
6. บทลงโทษ
7. Update ข้อมูลการดำเนินการของภาครัฐฯ เพื่อประสานงานและดำเนินการด้าน PDPA ได้ถูกต้อง
8. ตัวอย่างกรณีศึกษา และ ถาม-ตอบ

    (a post-dated cheque is not accepted) on the first day of the service or within the last day of the service.

Notes:

  • Withholding tax (3%) is exempt.
  • Should you need to withdraw, you must send the notice of the withdrawal in writing no later than 7 working days before the commencement date. The cancellation less than 7 days will be subject to a fine of 40% of the fee.
  • Software Park Thailand reserves the rights to cancel courses due to unforeseen circumstances.
