  • เงื่อนไขการผ่านหลักสูตรและรับประกาศนียบัตร : ผู้เข้าอบรมจะต้องเข้าฟังบรรยายให้ครบ 100% ของเวลาอบรม

  • Framework of Thailand i4.0 Index - 6 มิติหลัก 17 มิติย่อย Banding System Ranking System
  • ขั้นตอนการขอรับการตรวจประเมิน
    1. วิธีลงทะเบียนเพื่อขอรับการตรวจประเมิน
    2. วิธีพิจารณาเลือก Lead Assessor
    3. Lead Assessor ติดต่อแนะนำตัว นัด Briefing call และนัดวันประเมิน
  • การเตรียมตัวก่อนได้รับการตรวจประเมินของผู้ประกอบการ (ข้อมูลที่ต้องเตรียม, การคัดเลือกพนักงานที่จะเข้าร่วมในวันประเมิน)
  • การกรอก Cost และ KPI ใน web portal 
  • การดูผลการประเมินระดับความพร้อม (banding score) 
  • วิธีดูกราฟรายงานต่างๆ
  • มาตรการช่วยเหลือเพื่อตรวจประเมินฟรี
  • มาตรการส่งเสริมของภาครัฐ

    (a post-dated cheque is not accepted) on the first day of the service or within the last day of the service.

Notes:

  • Withholding tax (3%) is exempt.
  • Should you need to withdraw, you must send the notice of the withdrawal in writing no later than 7 working days before the commencement date. The cancellation less than 7 days will be subject to a fine of 40% of the fee.
  • Software Park Thailand reserves the rights to cancel courses due to unforeseen circumstances.
