เนื้อหาวิชานี้ผู้เรียนจะได้เรียนรู้การประยุกต์ใช้เทคโนโลยี Generative AI และ Data Analytics เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในกระบวนการทำงานและการตัดสินใจทางธุรกิจ โดยไม่จำเป็นต้องมีทักษะในการเขียนโค้ด วิชานี้เน้นการใช้เครื่องมือ AI เช่น การสร้าง Chatbot ด้วย GPT การใช้ Power BI เพื่อวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล และการทำ workflow automation ในการปรับปรุงกระบวนการทำงาน รวมถึงการใช้เทคนิค Prompt Engineering และการฝึกสอนโมเดล AI ที่ตอบสนองความต้องการของธุรกิจ. นอกจากนี้ ผู้เรียนยังจะได้เรียนรู้การใช้ AI เพื่อสร้างเนื้อหาหรือการตอบคำถามในงานบริการลูกค้า พร้อมทั้งการจัดการด้าน ความปลอดภัย และ จริยธรรม ในการใช้ AI โดยเฉพาะการป้องกันภัยคุกคามจาก AI เช่น Deepfakes หรือ AI Password Cracking และการรักษาความปลอดภัยของข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลในยุคของปัญญาประดิษฐ์
