คน (Human) เป็นหนึ่งในปัจจัยที่ท้าทายที่สุดในการบริหารจัดการโครงการไอที คนเป็นปัจจัยสำคัญที่นำไปสู่ความสำเร็จและล้มเหลวของโครงการ ยิ่งในงาน AI คนกลายเป็นข้อกำหนดที่จะต้องมีส่วนร่วมมิฉะนั้น AI อาจจะนำไปสู่ความเสียหายใหญ่โตได้ ผู้บริหารโครงการและหัวหน้างานหลายคนมักรู้สึกกดดัน อึดอัด และเหนื่อยหน่ายกับงานที่ต้องเกี่ยวข้องกับคน เช่น ลูกค้า ผู้ใช้งาน และ สมาชิกทีมงาน 

อย่างไรก็ตาม เมื่อการทำงานโครงการต้องทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่นอย่างหลีกเลี่ยงไม่ได้ การเพิ่มทักษะและเข้าใจในด้านมนุษย์จึงเป็นสิ่งจำเป็น 

หลักสูตร Human Skills for IT and AI Project Team Management มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อพัฒนาทักษะด้านมนุษย์ซึ่งสำคัญที่สุดใน Soft Skills เช่น การเข้าใจความแตกต่างระหว่างบุคคล การทำงานเป็นทีม ภาวะผู้นำ การจูงใจ การสอนงาน การสื่อสาร  การสร้างความเชื่อมั่น การมีส่วนร่วมของคนในงานAI การจัดการความขัดแย้ง จนถึงการปิดโครงการ เป็นต้น เมื่อเกิดความเข้าใจลูกค้า ผู้ใช้งาน และสมาชิกทีมงานดีขึ้น จะสามารถบริหารจัดการโครงการ และทีมงานสู่การส่งมอบโครงการแบบได้ทั้งงานและได้ทั้งใจ 

เมื่อเรามีความเข้าใจการจัดการมนุษย์ดีขึ้น จะช่วยทำให้ทีมงานสามารถขับเคลื่อนโครงการภายใต้แรงกดดันและรับมือกับความตึงเครียดภายในทีมงานได้ดีขึ้น 

วิทยากรเป็นผู้มีประสบการณ์บริหารจัดการโครงการระบบงานสารสนเทศทั้งขนาดใหญ่และเล็กจำนวนมาก จึงมีความเข้าใจธรรมชาติของคนและงานโครงการลักษณะนี้เป็นอย่างดี ช่วยทำให้ผู้เข้ารับการอบรมได้ทราบกลวิธีต่างๆที่สามารถนำไปใช้งานในองค์กรได้ทันที
