หลักสูตร OpenClaw + n8n : Building Agentic Automation ถูกออกแบบขึ้นเพื่อพัฒนาศักยภาพบุคลากรในการนำเทคโนโลยีปัญญาประดิษฐ์ (Artificial Intelligence: AI) และระบบอัตโนมัติ (Automation) มาประยุกต์ใช้ในการปรับเปลี่ยนกระบวนการทำงานขององค์กรอย่างเป็นระบบและยั่งยืน โดยมุ่งเน้นการใช้งานเครื่องมือแบบ Low-code / No-code ควบคู่กับ n8n เพื่อให้สามารถสร้างโซลูชัน AI ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ลดระยะเวลาและต้นทุนในการพัฒนา
ผู้เรียนจะได้เรียนรู้ตั้งแต่พื้นฐานของ Prompt Engineering การออกแบบ AI Workflow การพัฒนา AIChatbot และ Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) ด้วย n8n ไปจนถึงการสร้าง Business Applicationด้วย Power Apps, การออกแบบ Intelligent Workflow ด้วย Power Automate และการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงลึกผ่าน Power BI เพื่อสนับสนุนการตัดสินใจขององค์กรด้วยข้อมูลและ AI
หลักสูตรนี้เน้นการเรียนรู้เชิงปฏิบัติ (Hands-on Workshop) ผ่านกรณีศึกษาและ Use Case ที่เกิดขึ้นจริงในองค์กร เพื่อให้ผู้เรียนสามารถออกแบบ พัฒนา และเชื่อมต่อระบบ AI และ Automation แบบ End-to-Endได้จริง พร้อมทั้งเข้าใจแนวคิดด้าน Governance, Security และการขยายระบบ (Scaling) สำหรับการใช้งานในระดับองค์กร
เมื่อจบหลักสูตร ผู้เรียนจะสามารถนำความรู้ไปประยุกต์ใช้ในการพัฒนาโซลูชัน AI-driven Process,
Automation Workflow และ Dashboard เชิงวิเคราะห์ เพื่อสนับสนุนการทำงาน การบริหารจัดการ และการขับเคลื่อน Digital & AI Transformation ขององค์กรได้อย่างเป็นรูปธรรม
หลักสูตร AI Transformation with Power Platform & n8n มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อให้ผู้เข้าอบรม:
- เพื่อให้ผู้เรียนเข้าใจแนวคิดและบทบาทของ AI Transformation และระบบอัตโนมัติในการยกระดับประสิทธิภาพกระบวนการทำงานขององค์กร
