เนื้อหาวิชานี้ ผู้เรียนจะได้เรียนระบบแนะนำ (Recommendation System: RS) ที่เป็นศาสตร์แขนงหนึ่งของปัญญาประดิษฐ์หรือเอไอ (AI) ที่ทำการแนะนำสินค้าหรือข้อมูลต่างๆ ให้แก่ผู้ใช้หรือลูกค้าได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ โดยอาศัยการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลขนาดใหญ่และอัลกอริทึมการเรียนรู้ของเครื่อง (Machine Learning) หรือ การเรียนรู้เชิงลึก (Deep Learning) สำหรับค้นหารูปแบบในข้อมูล พฤติกรรมการต่างๆ ของลูกค้าที่มีความคล้ายคลึงกัน (similarity) และดำเนินการสร้างระบบแนะนำ

Many organisations continually struggle with how to balance aggressive development schedules with the need for quality software. Coming towards the end of development, when the schedule pressure is often greatest, there never seems to be enough time for testing. As project deadlines approach, managers often need to choose between delaying the release or accepting a lower level of quality.
